Worth a look before you open a ticket - a lot of these come up.
Someone broke into my base and took my stuff
Was it claimed? If yes, open a ticket with coordinates and roughly when it happened - we can
check logs and usually roll it back. If it wasn't claimed, unfortunately that's fair game
under our rules and we won't restore it. Claim early: you start with 500 blocks and a golden
shovel is all you need.
Someone claimed land over my build
Open a ticket with proof it's yours - screenshots, build history, anyone who can vouch.
An admin can remove a wrongful claim. This is rule 10 and we take it seriously.
I was banned and I think it was a mistake
Pick Ban appeal above and explain your side. Our anticheat never bans automatically -
a human reviews every flag first - so a ban means someone watched and made a call. That said,
people do get it wrong, and we'd rather hear you out than lose a good player.
Can I get a refund?
Within 24 hours, yes, no argument - unless the rank was abused. Open a ticket under
Purchase or store with the email you paid with.
I bought a rank and didn't get it
Ranks apply automatically, but if you were offline when it processed it may land on your next
join. Try relogging first. Still nothing after that? Ticket, with your username and payment
reference.
Can I play on Bedrock - phone, console, Switch?
Yes. Same address, play.echobytemc.net, port 19132. You'll play alongside Java
players on the same worlds. Some consoles make adding custom servers awkward - ask in Discord
and someone will walk you through it.
How do I make money?
/sell what you're holding or /sell * for your whole inventory.
Mining and farming both pay, but automated farms earn less per item on purpose so hand-mined
diamonds and netherite stay worth chasing. You can also set up a chest shop and sell to other
players at whatever price you like.
